Disappointed
- - I did not receive my gifts.
- - Tracking shows a return for a wrong address despite correct address on the order.
- - I want a refund of over $78.
I never received my gifts. According to tracking, it said returned due to the wrong address, even though my correct address is on the order form!
Those were Christmas gifts for my daughter and granddaughter! I would like my refund back of over $78!

Rcvd the items almost 3 weeks late.. immediately after I ordered the item the delivery date was changed to a later time!
Pretty sneaky! Because of my continued communication, they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I probably will never order from them again because they’re difficult to reach, and it takes way too much effort.
I also found the same items for a cheaper price, but the delivery dates were too late, which is why I went with this company.. which resulted in a mistake!
Don't waste your time with this company! I ordered products on December 12, which were to be delivered on the 22nd.
Poor, generic customer support, no tracking updates. Now customer support is finally responding regarding updates on my product deliveries. Today I'm told it's going to be another nine days, bringing it to January 7—almost a month! When the items were in my cart, the delivery was supposed to be 12/22.
Then, after paying, the delivery dates were delayed! Stay away.

I ordered a ring. Silver.
Eight bands joined together with my grandkids' names on the small, small bands. The picture looked very nice, clean cut, and the names were very easy to see. This was a sample. I did finally receive it, and it's a total joke!
The bands are not joined together. A magnifying glass with a power strength of a million wouldn't help you see or read the names! False advertising. Poor workmanship.

But after emails and texts, no one has yet to contact me, but of course, they took my $82.00.
